Services

Six services, each with a defined end point

Every service below is a piece of work with its own documents and sign-off. Take one on its own, or run two or three together as a programme. Fees are fixed and agreed in writing before we start.

Service 01

Business Planning

A working plan for the next two to four quarters, built around what your business can realistically deliver rather than what looks good on a slide.

What is included

  • Current position review covering sales, margin, workload and cash
  • Goals broken down into stages you can measure month by month
  • A quarter-by-quarter roadmap with owners against each step
  • Resource and cash checklist for the commitments the plan creates
  • Two working sessions with the owner to test and revise the plan

What you receive

A written plan of six to ten pages, a one-page summary for the team, and a review date in the diary.

Service 02

Operational Organisation

Who does what, in what order, and where the handovers currently break down. Usually the fastest route to a calmer week.

What is included

  • Process inventory covering the work that repeats every week
  • Roles and boundaries defined in writing, including the awkward overlaps
  • Document and file standards so information is found in one place
  • A weekly operating rhythm: what is reviewed, by whom, on which day
  • Handover checklists for the two or three joins that fail most often

What you receive

A responsibility grid, a process map of the core workflow, and a short set of operating rules your team can follow from the next working week.

Service 03

Workflow Improvement

Find the steps that slow the business down, then remove, combine or automate them where the payback justifies the change.

What is included

  • Bottleneck identification from how work actually moves, not how it is described
  • Step reduction proposals with an estimate of time saved each week
  • Tool and software recommendations limited to what you already own or can justify
  • Implementation notes so the change is not dependent on us
  • A short review after the change has been running for a month

What you receive

A ranked improvement list, a revised process map, and a review note recording what improved and what still needs attention.

Service 04

Customer Growth

A sober look at where your customers come from now, which of those sources are worth repeating, and what happens after the first sale.

What is included

  • Customer source analysis using the enquiries and sales you already have
  • Retention actions for the customers most likely to buy again
  • Enquiry and follow-up templates written in your own tone of voice
  • A simple repeat-purchase routine, including who owns the follow-up
  • Advice on measuring enquiries without adding reporting overhead

What you receive

A source breakdown, a set of ready-to-use message templates, and a month-by-month follow-up routine.

Service 05

Project Planning

Turn a good intention — a new site, a system, a second location — into a project with dates, owners and an early warning signal.

What is included

  • Project definition: what success looks like and what is out of scope
  • Milestones with owners, dependencies and realistic dates
  • A risk list covering cost, capacity and supplier exposure
  • A progress-tracking routine that takes minutes rather than a morning
  • A decision log so choices are not revisited three months later

What you receive

A project brief, a milestone plan, a risk register and a one-page tracking sheet.

Service 06

Process Review

An outside read on how the business runs today. Problems are ranked before solutions are proposed, so effort goes where it counts.

What is included

  • A health check across the processes that carry the most risk for a small business
  • An issues register with each item rated for impact and effort
  • Improvement recommendations written in practical steps
  • A follow-up schedule so the review does not end in a document
  • A closing session to answer questions from you and your team

What you receive

A written review, an issues register and a follow-up schedule with two review points already booked.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe the problem in a few lines and we will tell you which piece of work fits — or whether a single conversation is enough.
