Why we exist
Good businesses lose time in the gaps between people
Most of the problems we are asked about are not strategy problems. They are handover problems: a quote that nobody followed up, a job that stalled between two people, a plan that was agreed in a meeting and never written down.
Our work is to make those gaps visible, agree what changes, and then stay close enough to the business that the changes actually happen. That is the whole idea behind Ambitions First Group.
