1. What we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, company name, email address, telephone number and the content of messages you send through our contact form, by email or by telephone.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where necessary: with our website hosting and email providers, with our accountants for invoicing and statutory records, and with professional advisers where required. Where we use a supplier that processes data on our behalf, they act on our instructions and under a written agreement. We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law or a regulator.

  • Invoices and financial records: kept for six years as required by UK tax law.

5. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it where we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive information you provided in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email support@ambitionsfirst.co.uk. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

6. Security and international transfers

We use access controls, encrypted connections and reputable service providers to protect information. Our hosting and email providers may store data outside the United Kingdom; where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot make it absolutely secure.
